Take Your Time
Take Your Time Counselling reflects two important ideas: taking the time you need to reach your goals or navigate life’s challenges and taking time for yourself. In our fast-paced world, it can be hard to slow down and focus on what truly matters—but this space is yours to do exactly that, at your own pace.
I believe that meaningful change and a trusting therapeutic relationship take time. Therapy isn’t about rushing to a finish line—it’s about giving yourself the care and attention you deserve. Taking this time for yourself is an important act of self-care and a way to invest in your well-being.
Everyone’s journey is different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all timeline for therapy. Together, we’ll figure out what you need so we can make the most of your time and create lasting change.

"Therapy is about transforming pain into growth and despair into hope, through the power of human connection."
- Heinz Kohut

My Approach
I offer an integrative counselling approach that draws from diverse therapeutic methods – from psychodynamic and person-centred therapy to solution-focused techniques like CBT and ACT. At the core of my work is a safe, empathetic connection that supports your personal journey.

Cultural Awareness and Diversity
Your background, experiences, and upbringing shape your self-view and relationships—I integrate this awareness into my counselling. With specialized training in diversity and ongoing learning, I create a space where you feel understood, accepted, and supported.

What I do?
I offer integrative counselling, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centred, and solution-focused approaches. This means exploring unconscious thoughts and past experiences, fostering empathy and authenticity for self-exploration, and focusing on strengths and practical solutions to create meaningful change.
