My counselling approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to suit your unique needs. I am particularly inspired by psychodynamic, person-centred, and attachment theories and often incorporate techniques from solution-focused approaches such as CBT, ACT, and Gestalt Therapy.
